The focus of this show is the mind and how important it is to understand one's own mind.

A little part of the book Heaven's and Hell of the Mind written by Imre Vallyon is read out loud.

A deeper explanation of how the mind works and how to build a conscious holistic thinking system, the Inflow Matrix is examined. The Inflow Matrix is the operating system for the New Paradign Toolkit.

Accompanying music is provided by Kamile Kapel (The Map Song), Surya (Find Me), Theda Phoenix (Drum Vision), Colleen Ariel (Dolphin) , and Sparrow Deviyani Brulotte (Lokah Samastha).

Podcast 027: A Billion Dollar Security Bill for the G8 & G 20

My response to this:

Steven Chase

Ottawa — From Tuesday's Globe and Mail Published on Tuesday, May. 25, 2010 9:49PM EDT Last updated on Wednesday, May. 26, 2010 8:28AM EDT

The Harper government is preparing to spend close to $1-billion on security for world leaders gathering in Ontario this summer – meetings in which one of the top items on the agenda is reining in state profligacy.

The soaring security bill for safeguarding the late June Group of Eight and Group of 20 summits is now several orders of magnitude greater than the costs of similar meetings in Japan and Britain.

The Canadian government disclosed Tuesday that the total price tag to police the elite Group of Eight meeting in Muskoka, as well as the bigger-tent Group of 20 summit starting a day later in downtown Toronto, has already climbed to more than $833-million. It said it’s preparing to spend up to $930-million for the three days of meetings that start June 25.

That price tag is more than 20 times the total reported cost for the April, 2009, G20 summit in Britain, with the government estimating a cost of $30-million, and seems much higher than security costs at previous summits – the Gleneagles G8 summit in Scotland, 2005, was reported to have spent $110-million on security, while the estimate for the 2008 G8 gathering in Japan was $381-million.

“When I first looked at it I think the reaction would have been the same as any ordinary Canadian looking at those costs,” Public Safety Minister Vic Toews told CTV’s Power Play.

“You say, ‘How much money is this costing us?’”

But he said he’s comfortable with the expense. “I'm satisfied that the experts have been very careful in their assessment.”

“We don’t want to have a security incident,” Mr. Toews added. “Security is the biggest concern that we have in putting these summits on.”

By comparison, the estimated total cost of security for the 17-day 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver was just over $898-million.

Connecting with the Arcturians is a collection of sessions given by the Arcturians through David K. Miller from 1995 to 1998. The Arcturians are working with the planetary spiritual hierarchy to help prepare lightworkers, starseeds and the Mother Earth for the ascension into the fifth dimension in the early part of the coming millennium. The Arcturians have presented methods for the acceleration of world consciousness, healing the third dimensional gridwork and building the fifth dimensional gridwork of the Earth, purification of the sub-conscious, and integration and unification of spiritual and religious thought on Earth. Also included are four spectacular, full-color, visionary paintings of the Arcturians and scenes from their home world.

Podcast 025: The Way of Realization (Chapter 7 of the Bhagavad Gita)

(source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bhagavad_Gita)

The Bhagavad Gita (Sanskrit भगवद्गीता, Bhagavad Gītā, "Song of God"), also more simply known as Gita, is a sacred Hindu scripture,[1][2] considered among the most important texts in the history of literature and philosophy.[3] The Bhagavad Gita comprises roughly 700 verses, and is a part of the Mahabharata. The teacher of the Bhagavad Gita is Krishna, who is revered by Hindus as a manifestation of God himself,[3] and is referred to within as Bhagavan, the Divine One.[4]

The content of the Gita is the conversation between Krishna and Arjuna taking place on the battlefield before the start of the Kurukshetra war. Responding to Arjuna's confusion and moral dilemma about fighting his own cousins, Krishna explains to Arjuna his duties as a warrior and prince and elaborates on different Yogic[5] and Vedantic philosophies, with examples and analogies. This has led to the Gita often being described as a concise guide to Hindu theology and also as a practical, self-contained guide to life. During the discourse, Krishna reveals His identity as the Supreme Being Himself (Svayam Bhagavan), blessing Arjuna with an awe-inspiring vision of His divine universal form.

The Bhagavad Gita is also called Gītopaniṣad, implying its having the status of an Upanishad, i.e. a Vedantic scripture.[6] Since the Gita is drawn from the Mahabharata, it is classified as a Smṛiti text. However, those branches of Hinduism that give it the status of an Upanishad also consider it a śruti or "revealed" text.[7][8] As it is taken to represent a summary of the Upanishadic teachings, it is also called "the Upanishad of the Upanishads".[1] Another title is mokṣaśāstra, or "Scripture of Liberation".[9]

020 The 8 Spectrums of Trust Map
November 06, 2009 06:56 AM PST

In every human endeavour the starting point in building relationships is the fragile concept we call TRUST. Each of us has a different method of giving, receiving, building, maintaining, and breaking trust. The 8 Spectrums of Trust Map is a starting point for individuals, teams, organizations, and communities to have a reference point for speaking about trust at the start, middle or end of any relationship or project.

You can download the 11 by 17 pdf here: http://www.mediafire.com/?dbtynzqjtoy

The document that explains the map can be found here: https://docs.google.com/document/edit?id=1PuEO2qLFQLX0hO__-2n8rK0GUQykb0PJNDO5xOPfw40&hl=en&authkey=CKXMvLYJ

This podcast explains what the 8 spectrums are and how they can be used to create a reference point for identifying what trust issues might exist and what to go back to if and when trust disappears through some dealbreaker or the slow erosion that can occur when people do not consciously communicate.

This map is also the first map of the New Paradigm Toolkit to be published offline in a new Vancouver Magazine called the Agora...it can be found online here: http://www.theagoranational.ca/ (Vol 1, Issue 1 in the local section).

0018 Story: The Man Who Planted Trees
October 24, 2009 01:14 PM PDT
itunes pic

This podcast is a narration of the famous story "The Man Who Planted Trees" by French author Jean Giono, published in 1953.

The tale is narrated by a twenty-year-old man who remains anonymous throughout (although it has been suggested the narrator may perhaps be the author Jean Giono, there is no evidence for this). The story begins in the year 1910, when this young man is undertaking a lone hiking trip through Provence, France, and into the Alps, enjoying the relatively unspoiled wilderness.

The narrator runs out of water in a treeless, desolate valley where only wild lavender grows and there is no trace of civilization except old, empty crumbling buildings. The narrator finds only a dried up well, but is saved by a middle-aged shepherd who takes him to a spring he knows of.

Curious about this man and why he has chosen such a lonely life, the narrator stays with him for a time. The shepherd, after being widowed, has decided to restore the ruined ecosystem of the isolated and largely abandoned valley by single-handedly cultivating a forest, tree by tree. The shepherd, Elzéard Bouffier, makes holes in the ground with his curling pole and drops into the holes acorns that he has collected from many miles away.

The narrator leaves the shepherd and returns home, and later fights in the First World War. In 1920, shell-shocked and depressed after the war, the man returns. He is surprised to see young saplings of all forms taking root in the valley, and new streams running through it where the shepherd has made dams higher up in the mountain. The narrator makes a full recovery in the peace and beauty of the regrowing valley, and continues to visit Bouffier every year. Bouffier is no longer a shepherd, because he is worried about the sheep affecting his young trees, and has become a bee keeper instead.

Over four decades, Bouffier continues to plant trees, and the valley is turned into a kind of Garden of Eden. By the end of the story, the valley has a vibrant ecosystem and is peacefully settled. The valley receives official protection after the First World War. (the authorities mistakenly believe that the rapid growth of this forest is a bizarre natural phenomenon, as they are unaware of Bouffier's selfless deeds), and more than 10,000 people move there, all of them unknowingly owing their happiness to Bouffier. The narrator tells one of his friends in the government the truth about the natural forest, and the friend also helps protect the forest.

The narrator visits the now very old Bouffier one last time in 1945, at the end of World War II. In a hospice in Banon, in 1947, the man who planted trees peacefully passes away.

017 Captain Sweep and the Field Episode 1

Here is the first episode of Captain Sweep and the Field. Captain Sweep is the infamous Canadian activist Captain Sweep who has a very secret plan but no one listens to him except his Field...which is really him but another part of him. Because he talks to himself people think he is crazy. Only he can hear the field talk.

The beautiful music of Colleen Ariel, Theda Phoenix, Kamile Kapel, and Surya are placed at just the right point of being too irritated with the gibberish that Captain Sweep and the Field are putting out.
